Our story began among the trees, as our region thrives with blooming wild walnut and almond trees—a place our grandparents called “walnut land” for precisely that reason.

Our endeavor was born from this rich heritage and our love for the authentic flavors that the land offers when we respect it. So we chose these crops in a place with a unique microclimate and ideal conditions, deciding from the very beginning to follow the true path of purely organic farming. No chemicals, no rushing—with absolute respect for the natural cycle of the trees.

Every nut we harvest passes through our hands. From caring for the trees throughout the season to sorting the nuts, our attention to detail is a personal commitment. For us, walnuts and almonds are not just products; they are the fruit of a daily effort to offer the purest, most nutritious, and most flavorful products our land has to offer.
